Ø Review and revise general commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents;

Ø Conduct legal research and translation;

Ø Collect and maintain corporate governance legal documentations and data for all IMI Critical Engineering legal entities across the region, including articles of association, board resolution, appointment letters, etc.;

Ø Support in implementing IMI Critical Legal & Compliance policies, including Know Your Customer Review, PO review, etc.;

Ø Support in sales channel management for the region, including due diligence process, standard form sales order/contract review, authorization letter preparation and issuance, contract and agreement filing, update agent/distribution list and other agent/distributor management matters across the region;

Ø Support administration matters and other assignments of Legal & Compliance.

Grade 2 or Grade 3 student for graduate degree in Law from a well known university;

PRC law qualification;

Quick learner for various legal and compliance topics and IMI Critical Engineering Standard Operating Process;

Good sense of responsibility;

Good problem solving and analytical skills, able to work independently and resourceful;

Work 3-4 days per week for at least 9 months.
